The Silver Screen Legends series is raffled off each year to raise money for the children's home Roy Rogers began and which Roy Rogers Jr. and Dale Evans continue to support.

Silver Screen Legends III raised nearly $100,000 for the cause.

Silver Screen Legends IV was the 2001 project. The 4-3/4-inch engraved Colt, holster from Legends in Leather and box are an homage to the great cowboys of the 1950s.

Roy Rogers Carving
This image of Roy Rogers firing a 7-1/2-inch Colt was on the top of a presentation box containing a replica of the gold-plated Colt.  In the annual raffle, the box, gun and holster package raised nearly $30,000 for the Happy Trails Foundation.
Lone Ranger Carving
